Reserve a half or whole hog from Lost Pines Poultry Farm for January 2027.

Buying pork in bulk gives your family a freezer full of locally raised pork at our best overall value. Depending on the share you choose, your order may include pork chops, tenderloin, shoulder roasts, ribs, bacon, ham, ground pork, sausage and other available cuts.

You’ll get to choose how you want your pork processed, and we’ll help you complete the cut sheet and handle the communication with the processor.

Availability is extremely limited. Once this round is reserved, we do not expect to open reservations again until March, and pork from that group would not be ready until late summer.
