Weather & Outdoor Learning

This is an agriculture-based experience, and outdoor learning is an important part of the program.

Activities will run in most weather conditions, including light rain or cooler temperatures, with adjustments as needed. Indoor space is available for lessons, projects, and animal education. In the event of severe weather, activities may be modified or moved indoors for safety.

Participants should wear closed-toe shoes and clothing that can get a little dirty.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because costs include advance facility rental, staffing, materials, and insurance, the following policy applies:

  • 14+ days before session start: Full refund minus a $25 administrative fee

  • 7–13 days before session start: 25% refund

  • Less than 7 days before session start: No refunds

  • No-shows or early departures: No refunds or credits

If the experience is canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

Registrations may be transferred to another child (same age range) with advance notice.

Important Acknowledgment
